About the event
We will gather together on a lovely Sunday afternoon, in circle, with our toes in the grass, releasing what is heavy in our hearts or something we want to celebrate, being supported and held by those with us, allowing you to connect more with your inner radiant self.
Rachelle, aloe + alchemy, will lead you through a short meditation before the circle starts, once everyone shares, we will pull a guidance card from the new Healing Waters Deck and have a moment to journal about what the card is guiding us to. 🌷Then a little break filled with yummy snacks & refreshments, a moment to explore the secret garden and to connect with the other ladies.
Once our bellies are full, Ali Long from Sunny Side Up Wellness will show us how our eyes are the windows to our soul...and our health!
Before modern medicine, God created a map of our health within our eyes. Through a practice called Iridology we are able to see weaknesses of the body and can determine steps to heal. During this workshop we will define iridology, explore and identify markings in the iris and look into our own eyes to discover what our bodies are trying to tell us.
