Women + the Harvest Soul Sunday Circle

In the days of our ancestors, this was a time of gathering, harvesting and preparation for the winter months. Modern life has removed us from this seasonal and communal way of being, and we have paid the price with lonliness, seasonal depression, and dysregulation of our nervous systems. 

But, we can start to reclaim these practices in our modern life with an intentional gathering, a gathering of community.

The afternoon will start with a wonderful women's circle led by Rachelle Beazley, aloe + alchemy, a guidance card pull, journaling, support by other soul-led women and yummy snacks + refreshments.

Then, Destiny Dorozan-Dunkin, a women's capacity coach, will show us how we need to prepare our inner harvest to get us through the winter.

We’ll learn how to reincorporate the gifts of the old ways through practices, discussions and provocative questions to come back into rhythm with the season and fulfill our bodies’ need for meaning and connection.
